With in-house housekeeping and facility maintenance staffs, as well as in-depth knowledge of Moonlight Basin, Big Sky and the surrounding area, we are ready to make sure you’ll have the vacation of a lifetime.

Where do we check in?

Our lodging team will reach out in advance of your arrival to provide instructions & driving directions.

When is departure time?

Housekeeping will arrive promptly at 10:00am. Late checkouts are not guaranteed.

What is included in the housekeeping services fee?

Housekeeping services will cover a full departure clean of your rental home and drain, clean and refill of the hot tub per Montana state law. A midweek refresh is included for stays greater than 4 nights.

Where do we rent skis?

We partner with several rental companies. To learn more, contact our Moonlight Basin Lodging Team at (406) 924-1402

Do all homes have golf course access?

No. Only homes holding founding and signature memberships offer access to The Reserve golf course. Be sure to check that the home is a golf property prior to booking.

General

  • Standard Check In Time: 4:00 PM
  • Standard Check Out Time: 10:00 AM
    • Early Check Ins & Late Check Outs are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
  • All Properties are Non-Smoking.
  • All Properties are Non-Pet Unless Specified.
  • Moonlight Membership is required of all homes in our Program. Guest Access is a required fee for all occupants 13 and older.
  • Golf Guest Play is available in homes holding the required level of Membership through Moonlight Basin. Subject to greens fee rates set by the Moonlight Golf Team.
  • Moonlight Member Lounge is not accessible to rental guests.
  • Member only events not accessible to rental guests unless otherwise specified.
  • Moonlight Basin Facilities subject to Member Blackout Dates.

Standard Deposits and Cancellation Policies 

  • Advanced payment of 50% of booking total is required to secure reservation.
  • 100% booking total due if reservation made within 60 days prior to arrival unless otherwise specified in rental agreement.
  • Full refund less 3% booking total up to (61) days prior to arrival unless otherwise specified in rental agreement.
  • No refunds within (60) days prior to arrival unless otherwise specified in rental agreement

Holiday Deposits and Cancellation Policies

  • Advanced payment of 50% of booking total is required to secure reservation.
  • 100% booking total due if reservation made within 90 days prior to arrival unless otherwise specified in rental agreement.
  • Full refund less 3% booking total up to (91) days prior to arrival unless otherwise specified in rental agreement.
  • No refunds within (90) days prior to arrival unless otherwise specified in rental agreement

Payment Methods

  • Payment methods include Mastercard, VISA, or American Express.
  • Credit Card Processing fee of 3% applied to all credit card transactions.
  • There is no refund for early departure or late arrival of any property.

Damage Waiver 

  • $100 non-refundable Damage Waiver required for all properties unless otherwise specified 
    • This waiver covers unintentional damages, standard wear/tear during the duration of your stay 
  • Damages exceeding $100 will be billed to the credit card on file for remaining value of declaration 
  • Damage Waiver does not cover intentional damage to property
