Fantastic Stay. Property Mgmt needs to improve.

The B5 unit was very special. Beautiful views and close to the lift. Well stocked kitchen and all the other things we needed throughout the house. The negative part of the experience was the property management company (not the people, but the company’s method of operation). We had three issues during our stay. 1. We blew a fuse on the first floor on the first night of our stay. The Prop mgmt is only available from 9-5pm so we had to call and leave voicemails. They recommended we call Security after hours. Security referred us to Dave the maintenance guy. We left him two voicemails. The next morning still no action. I called the prop mgmt office at 9am and 9:30. Left two more voicemails. Finally I called back at 12:30 from the ski slope and spoke with Hayden and they sent over a person to fix the circuit breaker (it was behind a locked door so we could not fix it ourselves). The reason we blew the fuse was that the first floor was cold and we turned on a space heater that was plugged into the wall. 2. Hot Tub Scum. We opened the hot tub and found brown scum on the edges. The tubs are supposed to be cleaned between visits. It turns out that a bar from the cover was resting in the water and rusting and staining the tub. The property management fixed the bar and wiped down the tub, but did not flush the water. 3. The slider to the back deck with the Hot Tub would not lock therefore the unit was open while we were away. The prop mgmt company should have 7x24 call support with an email confirmation and an incident number. That is how standard businesses work in modern times. Leaving a voicemail that never gets returned is outdated and provides a very low level of customer service. This is an expensive property and the property management should match it.

We had a great vacation at Big Sky and enjoyed this rental. The location was 100 ft or so to lift. We did not have access to Moonlight club due to pandemic, but it looked really nice, had our own hot tub which was part of reason we chose this unit. Management company checked up on us which was nice at beginning and end of stay.

Phenomenal ski vacation!

This was a ski vacation for a group of friends. The location of this unit is phenomenal, short walk to the lodge and lift! Moonlight Lodge is an extremely convenient and well appointed lodge for apres ski and dinner. We ate multiple meals there rather than find dining at the Mountain Village or Big Sky Village areas. The accommodations were very good. Everything in the unit was very modern and in good working order. A space heater was supplied for the lower level which was definitely needed as the lower level is pretty cold while the suite in the top floor is quite warm (single zone heating). Overall I'd highly recommend Moonlight Basin and Saddle Ridge B5!

A very nice condo with a very short walk to the Moonlight Lodge and the slopes. Condo was very comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. Property managers were very attentive and made us feel very special throughout the stay. Access to the lodge, exercise room and activity yurt (complimentary snow shoes, skates, etc.) was an added bonus to the non-skier in our group. Would definitely stay here again!
